Event Recap
The evening kicked off with a welcome reception where guests mingled over canapés, drinks, and live music, setting the tone for an insightful and engaging night.
The first session featured Flipdish Co-Founder and CEO Conor McCarthy, who shared Flipdish’s vision for restaurant owners:

Next, James McCarthy, Co-Founder of Flipdish, captivated the audience with stories of entrepreneurship, recounting the company’s journey from its early days to achieving unicorn status. His talk was followed by Gavin Hayes, VP of Product at Flipdish, who delved into restaurant industry trends, highlighting how technology and changing customer expectations are shaping the future of food service.

A key highlight of the evening was the Industry Panel Discussion, where prominent voices in hospitality shared their perspectives on navigating challenges and staying ahead in an ever-evolving industry. Panellists included:
