Our new Customer Feedback App helps you gather valuable insights from your customers. After a customer places an order, they’ll receive a feedback request via email or SMS, making it easy for them to share their thoughts.

We’ve rolled out some amazing new voucher functionalities to help you boost your promotions and increase sales:

🚚 Free delivery vouchers

Now, you can create vouchers that waive delivery fees to encourage higher spend and attract more customers. This early access feature is perfect for special promotions and increasing delivery order conversions.

💰 Maximum voucher discount amount

Set a maximum discount amount for your vouchers to maintain control over your promotions. This ensures your offers are impactful without affecting your bottom line. Ideal for budget-friendly marketing campaigns!

🔢 Maximum voucher redemption limits

Control how many times a voucher can be redeemed with our new redemption limit feature. Manage your promotional campaigns effectively and prevent overuse by setting a cap on redemptions.

⏰ Voucher day/time restrictions

Target your promotions more precisely by specifying when vouchers can be used. Great for driving sales during off-peak hours or managing demand during busy periods.

🖥️ Summer POS updates: streamlining your operations!

This summer, we’ve rolled out several exciting updates to the Flipdish POS system, designed to enhance your restaurant’s efficiency and improve customer experiences. Check out what’s new:

Loyalty 360: Simplified and Secure

We’ve made it easier for your customers to join the Loyalty360 program. Now, instead of asking them for their phone number, customers can securely enter their details directly on the Customer Facing Display (CFD). This update allows them to:

  • Sign up for loyalty rewards privately and securely.
  • Track their stamps and rewards in real time.
  • Redeem rewards directly through the CFD during their order.

This makes joining your loyalty program quicker and protects customer privacy, enhancing their overall experience.

Customer Credit Feature

Mistakes happen, but now you can handle them smoothly with our new Customer Credit feature. Issue credits directly from your POS system to compensate customers for any errors, especially for delivery orders where immediate fixes aren’t possible. This keeps your customers happy and helps maintain your reputation.

Connectivity Logs

Ensure your POS system is always online with our new connectivity logs. This report helps you quickly identify any internet disconnections, allowing for faster troubleshooting and minimizing downtime.

Cash Drawer Logs

For better cash management, the new cash drawer logs report tracks whenever the cash drawer is opened without a sale. This adds an extra layer of security and accountability to your operations.

Kitchen Timings Report

Optimise your kitchen’s efficiency with the kitchen timings report. See average prep, dispatch, and delivery times broken down by hour and day of the week. Use this data to streamline operations and improve service speed during peak hours.

Single Sign-On (SSO)

To make accessing the Flipdish and RMS portals easier, we’ve introduced single sign-on (SSO). Existing users will need to reset their password through the new system for continued access, simplifying your login experience across platforms.

New Cashing Up Functionality

We’ve improved the cashing-up process to help you manage your finances more accurately:

  • Start and close sessions with detailed cash count entries for each denomination.
  • View a breakdown of cash denominations in your daily summary report.
  • Identify discrepancies between expected and actual cash quickly and easily.
