What Does It Do?

The Customer Feedback App automatically sends a feedback request to your customers 30 minutes after their food is due to arrive. The feedback request can be sent via email or SMS, making sure you capture as many customer opinions as possible.

The process is simple: customers receive a message with a link to a quick two-part survey. If they rate their experience highly (4 or 5 stars ⭐️), they’re encouraged to leave a positive review on Google. This means more great reviews for your business and fewer missed opportunities! Go you!

Currently, the app is available for our UK and Irish customers who already have a subscription with Flipdish. It’s an easy, self-service setup directly through the App Store in your Portal. For a small fee per store, per month, you can start receiving valuable feedback today (!!!) 🥳

How to Get Started

  1. Log in to your Portal and head to the App Store.

  2. Select the Customer Feedback App (currently listed as the Customer Satisfaction Survey).

  3. Click "Add new subscription" to get started.

  4. Follow the simple steps to configure the app for your stores and set up who should receive the feedback summaries.
